oTo create high quality product from start to finish in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities
oProgram and operate CNC press.
oResponsible for numerous machining techniques including milling, drilling, reaming, grinding, sanding, etc.
oLayout parts to meet blueprint specifications using calipers, gages, etc.
Knowledge or Skills Required
oAbility to read blueprints
oAbility to operate press brake or similar equipment
oBasic understanding of CAD systems
oAbility to utilize standard inspection tools to verify parts meet print specifications
oBasic math skills
oAbility to work in high pressure situations under deadlines
.Operate hi-lo, crane and any other equipment to transfer equipment.
.Adjust press, feed, height, knockout, air pins, as required to obtain inspection approval and safe operation.
.Set up Peripheral equipment such as guards, conveyors, lubricators, and unloading devices.
.Perform related labor as required to clean up, set up, and organize. Return dies and materials to the proper location.
.Give direction to Production Operators assigned to job.
.Demonstrate Core Values.
.Cut off or make air pins, parallels, knockouts, chutes etc. as required.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork such as quality checks, production reporting forms, die set up sheets, checklists etc.
.Responsible to ensure that all safety and quality start-up procedures are followed.
.Responsible to produce quality parts according to customer specifications.
.Review and follow standardized work instructions.
.Responsible to perform all required quality checks utilizing gages and other measuring devices as required in the control plan.
.Make adjustments, as necessary, to maintain part conformance to print.
.Ensure that process tags are properly completed throughout the production run.
.Ensure all containers are properly labeled.
.Report any injuries, accidents, equipment malfunctions, miss hits, property damage etc. to Supervisor.
.Responsible to accurately report production.
.Responsible to manage the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
.Responsible to communicate with team members (Supervisor, Leader, Quality, Co-workers) on any issues with the machines. Have an understanding of what the cause of the issue is and which team member to inform.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
