Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with day - to day store operations.
Also responsible for managing the store in the Store Managers absence and has responsibility as a second shift manager.

Responsible for controlling and maintaining inventory Responsible for greeting and providing efficient service to all customers in a courteous manner and ensuring all Sales Associates do the same Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly required paperwork Responsible for all shift duties and the managing of Sales Associates when Store Manager is unavailable Must know all the company policies and procedures and effectively train, support, and communicate those polices to Sales Associates Responsible for maintaining and clean, safe, and hazard free environment inside and outside of the store Protect and safeguard company assets Perform necessary monetary/ credit transactions Must be able to operate all equipment in and outside of store Responsible for stocking of merchandise Must be able to effectively perform cost and retail audits Must be able to effectively communicate and train Sales Associates to ensure completion of all shift duties Assists in preparing Sales Associate work schedules Must be able to perform all Sales Associate duties Responsible for preparing new hire paperwork Responsible for other duties assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager Job Type:
