Summary As the Head of Product Experience reporting to our CTO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading Measured's product design practice across a matrixed set of stakeholders, products, and shared experiences. You will also be expected to develop the vision and strategy for data-driven dashboard centric Product Design, building upon existing design systems, brand guidelines and marketing collateral. Responsibilities Transform a diverse suite of data driven products such as marketing reporting and measurement tools into a unified, scalable, self-service user interface. Guide the vision and strategy for the end to end Measured UI by making our design and user experience a key differentiator in the market. Simplify complex data science concepts and experiment results into an elegant, easy-to-use front-end in which everyday marketers can self service powerful insights and decisions. Identify and fundamentally understand your users through interviews and observations. Uncover their needs, perceptions, context, and feelings to design experiences that delight. Establish and evangelize a product design process at Measured with deliverables such as personas, storyboards, wireframes, process flows, etc. Create and define Measured visual design principles that include style guides, interaction features, chart or table components to ensure a consistent and on brand experience. Collaborate with leaders cross-functionally and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps to help us achieve our company vision and outcomes. Test your designs often with usability initiatives to get qualitative and quantitative feedback, continually iterate to make our users happy. Manage our product design roadmap, project planning and task prioritization. Qualifications 10
years of experience designing and building world class D2C SaaS products users can't live without. Passion and drive to roll up one's sleeves and design the end to end user experience through prototypes, mockups, or high fidelity digital designs Degree in design, or equivalent practical experience Ability to understand business metrics and translate measurement insights to actionable platform tools. Track record of delivering highly differentiated products through elegant design and proven through broadscale adoption. A passionate thought leader with an entrepreneurial spirit Ability to balance form, function, data and UX to deliver data driven decisions. Great collaborator and team player.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
